The daft thing was that he had a perfectly serviceable ride-on lawnmower already

Experience tells me that there is little point in enquiring by phone or email so I will start asking around when we are next out at the end of October. It will fit properly into an 8x3m mooring which may give me more chance as there are more of them.

We popped out to buy a lunchtime sandwich one day, the sandwich shop was close to an estate agents and three hours later we had put a deposit down on a 5 bed house that was still a hole in the ground

We took packed lunches after that
