This isn't a replacement for the great meets Rick organises at the Dog and Duck, but for those of you in the area who are also interested in a bit of live music read on 
The band my other half plays in are headlining at a venue in Reading called the Oakford Social Club on Tuesday 14th July. The night is an "Open Mic" night which will see lots of local acts play 2 or 3 songs each. Wherewithal will then round the evening off with a 45 minute set.
It would be great to see a few familiar faces and I'm sure it will be a good night, a copy of the bands debut album "Nobody did because nobody does" is available to download for free on their website (link below), if you like it come along or at least pass the details on to your friends so they can enjoy it as well :grin:
