It works both ways - you could have a product that sells for £100 all year round and you offer at £50 for a genuine black Friday sale for just the 28th Nov, but then if you want to offer £50 boxing day sale you can't advertise the price reduction in Europe because its was on sale <30 days before. No idea if EU nations actually police this any more than the UK does.Too much ambiguity and discretion for my liking. I like the 30 day rule.
