Reminds me of my favourite covid era meme. Showing Chris Whitty saying it was time to trust the good sense of the British people, then a photo of a Daily Star front page, with a bloke claiming to have stuck 19 cadburys creme eggs up his bum.Society mature? When was the last time you looked at the news?
Funnily enough, it's something I never thought about when I bought my boat, being wifeless, and my first two ( male) guests never mentioned but my recent female guest noticed straight away - the only mirrors onboard are across the head of the main bed and on the cabinet in the heads which is (a) very small (b) steams up and (c)was too high for her 5ft1 frame. We visited a store in Barcelona second day to buy one for the second cabin.Used to be a standing joke that sailing wives would reject a potential purchase because 'the mirror is in the wrong place".
If a tree falls in a wood and there is no woman to hear it, is it still the man's fault? You’re a married man, wansy. Of course it’s your fault. Them’s the rules.
I don’t know exactly what that means - but presumably there is an existing mechanism for dealing with the finca. Have you considered something like a drascombe for pottering and a caravan/yurt ashore for living! Boats, especially old boats, make poor cottages! In order to tend my wifes “finca” we need to spend a minimum of two nights in the ria de Vigo so the boat has a double use as weekend cottage.

She doesn't need to hear it; it's sufficient that 20 years ago when it last happened, it was your fault. If a tree falls in a wood and there is no woman to hear it, is it still the man's fault?
According to a lady who obviously didn't like men, to whom I asked the question as a bit of a tease, the answer is very definitely yes.If a tree falls in a wood and there is no woman to hear it, is it still the man's fault?
You have to ask?If a tree falls in a wood and there is no woman to hear it, is it still the man's fault?
