Well not strictly a North Wind. More Easterly at times but today it seems all the recent high winds meant the sky had run out. 
Was out off Brightlingsea this afternoon and there was barely a whisper. But hey, did manage to test coming into the harbour at low water and yes If you cut the corner, even with a 2'6" draft you can still get the mud a swirling.
