Also there are no longer any moorings in Rowen. They have been no longer laid out due to damage to then etc.

I'm everywhere Wayne. Tin hat time. BTW I will be keeping a diddy sailboat ashore there. Nice to know there will be a booze stocked cruiser on hand. Leave the door unlooked. It's will minimise maintenance ?
