My pic was taken last Tuesday.
Robert said they were going to put the mooring buoys down 'some time this week'.

These mooring buoys are standard at the RNSYC - pick one up and moor stern or bow to.

as at the time of Guapa"s visit he told me the bouys were yet to be laid
