Interesting to see pangasius on the menu there - we get it in the canteen at work quite often, but I'd never seen it anywhere else until now.

"Pangasius and chips please" just doesn't sound the same does it.

Indeed. I generally go to the pub for lunch on Fridays so don't encounter it, but on the occasions when I do go to the canteen instead I often ask for "pangasaurus, chips and beans, please". I'm not sure they notice.

That does make appalling reading...particularly because it was written five years ago, when I'd been living in France for some years, very cheaply!

I'm not a veggie, but I'm tempted to regard any meat or fish which has been produced intensively, who knows where, when and how, as garbage.

Imagine if you dropped anchor at Lulworth and asked for a plate of the local cockles/prawns etc, and it came with a nice Studland Seahorse garnish?

Cheval de Mer au Studland. Could catch on! Unlike I did, in my French lessons...
