But there again, neither do many others TBH.
It *is* cheap though, about half the price of ours.

Brundall is a quiet and very pleasant place to moor. Pub is sort of convenient, as is the train service to Norwich. I kept my river cruiser there for about 2 years (mostly unattended while I was in Saudi Arabia). Very convenient and well cared for.

It doesn't sound as if the OP wants to live aboard as such anyway, he just gets "long boaty holidays"
