Non standard bow roller

Its probably best to seek out someone in your locality, in that way you can liaise directly and get exactly what you want. If its in stainless or alloy there's nearly always a couple of small workshops within striking distance that could fabricate something for you and ensure that its right first time.

I think saxonpirate is right, find a local fabricator you can go along and chat with.

However for an excellent stainless fabricator in the Chichester area I can heartily recommend Chris at CB Marine, his workshop is near CYC beside Chichester Marina but despite that his rates are competetive and the work he's done for me has been top notch.

Thanks all, should have made myself clearer, when I said bow roller I meant the plastic bobbin shaped thingy which goes in the stem head fitting. I have been in touch with Versatile Marine, thanks Superheated, who it appears are able to do the job.
Will report back when I have received the new bit.

Polyurethane boat roller. Those red or blue things. Buy a parallel one and machine it or buy the small one that's already bobbin shaped and about 2 inches across with about a 14 mm hole.

Really good service Versatile Marine.

Sent them the knackered roller Thursday, got the new roller this morning (Tuesday). Custom made and very nicely done £18 inc.
