Non slip varnish

i have been reading lots about different coatings and additives to make the cabin floor non-slip, but which is the best? The saloon is just painted with polyurethane varnish and seems ok (ish) but i want the wheelhouse floor a bit more non-slip.

See the thread above. Ronseal Floor Varnish. Easy to apply, looks good, non slip, durable - main use is in heavy wear domestic or commercial situations so in a cabin or wheelhouse floor it has an easy life.
