non setting mastic suitable for underwater

The title really says it all. I have removed two keel bolts for inspection and they were bedded with this type of mastic which is till incredibly sticky and extremely good looking after twenty five years of service so it seems to make sense to re bed with something along the same lines. If anyone has any suggestions I would be most grateful.
