Non flexible sealant

I'm looking for something like a polyurethane sealant, but which isn't flexible. I need to couple two square tubes together that slot over each other but don't fit well. It's not a straightforward size difference so shimming is proving difficult. It needs to be solidish but not brittle (I thin thickened epoxy would be too brittle). Anyone got any ideas? Something I'm likely to find in the average Greek hardware store would be ideal.

Despite being an epoxy, West G-Flex epoxy might do what you require. It might need thickening with collodial silica.

Have a look at PU40 (Puraflex) I have used this a great deal for various jobs. Toolstation sells it.

If you don't want it to flex, that car body filler with glass fibre in?

Are you trying to bond the items together ....or trying to seal the items??

I think purflex might work if I can get it in Greece. I'm not trying to bond them together but if the only thing that works is also an adhesive then I can cling film one part of it.
