I have been told about a product called Speed Liner which has been designed in USA for coating the inside of vans or pick ups etc. it can be applied in various finishes and colours. Finishes include gloss. A local marine supplier 5 years ago coated the keel of a yacht with this product. The boat is kept in sea water and never anti fouled. The keel is still as good as the day it was coated and cleans to a shine with a wipe with a cloth. The same company has now coated the complete hulls of several speed boats and ribs and in America have coated several large boats.
This is probably too good to be true and I am sure you knowlegable folk our there will find truths

I for one would be very interested in no more antifouling.

Can you find out more details about it. A preliminary search on Copernic didn't turn up anything.

Maybe its something like this

Nene Overland have some Land Rovers for sale which have had speedliner applied to them - it seems a bit thick and rough for anti-foul when I looked at it, but it may well come in more appropriate types for marine use than the stuff they used on the LR's.
