We sometimes have a go at the RNLI for their statistics but this is one chap who will live to see another day thanks to them. What a fantastic job they did.

Agree on the RNLI response, but do not forget the guy who was holding the victim. If it had not been for him, the RNLI might well have been too late and have been looking for a body.

I heard the mayday that was sent, frightening to hear as you could hear the distress in the callers voice. The response time for the IRB was fantastic!
10 out of 10 for the RNLI chaps and chapesses.
