Would appreciate PMs from Nimbus 320 owners regarding how their Boats steer at fast speeds. Mine, with Volvo D4, gets progressively harder to steer to starboard but not to Port as speed gets over 10 knots or so.

Presume You have sorted out Your 'notchy' steering pump?

Anyway.
Not helmed a 320 all that mutch.
But when I have no probs or symptoms like You mention.

My old 27 footer certainly doesn't have that trait.

I know it is an elementry question but----
Are the trim tabs operating properly?

My old bus has a left hand prop.
She does want to go to Port more readily than starboard when going ahead.

But not at all significantly.
She does however go to Starboard in reverse, which again is prop effect.

It is unusual to have a pronounced prop walk when going ahead.

Has She been like this since Day1 ?
