1 bed 1 guest. "you can rent the whole boat if you want" so if you don't rent the whole boat are you sharing with the owner?
"we move around a bit" to avoid mooring fees?
"0.5 bathrooms" a bucket that you empty over the side?
God you would have to be desperate to stay in that.

Its all about perceptions...all he needs to do to enable the boat to blend in on the Thames is the following...
A selection of half dead geraniums in plant pots scattered across the roof along with few damp logs.
A few badly painted murals in garish colours on any non rusty bits of boat and .... the odd old bike and something that may have once been a dog at some point in its life sitting on the roof.
