Talk of Techimpex cookers elsewhere reminds me ...

The grill pan on mine, though unused, is a bit pathetic; just an enamelled mild steel pressing with a flimsy clip on handle. Years ago I bought a really nice small stainless grill pan from Largs Chandlers, which gave many years' service in my VW Camper Van and is now unretrievably lodged in my in-laws' VW camper van. I've been googling without success: can anyone suggest a supplier of nice grill pans for boats?

Why would you replace a perfectly good non stick enamel with sticky stainless? If it's unused then at least use it until you kill it first!

Difficult to know what type of pan you're looking for if you've been googling without success, because there are hundreds available. What's wrong with something like this? http://www.caravanparts.co.uk/1025-stainless-steel-grill-p-2352.html

Because the enamel one is smaller than would fit, poorly made, has sharp edges and the handle is rubbish. I never had any problems with stickiness to the stainless one I had in my VW camper ...

Used one of these to do two superb steaks from the traditional butcher in Bembridge last Thursday. Frying pan is heavy so spreads the heat well and a good fit on a yacht cooker.

I have one of these. It's brilliant except (a) the metal bit of the handle is chromed mild steel.and soon rusted and (b) it's too high to fit under the grill. Also PTFE starts to decompose, rather nastily, at 250C, and I suspect a black surface could easily get that hot under a grill.
