Saw this today, looked v special

While at Hamble put final coat of 3m performance wax polish on Tulana, oh and while I was there I polished and anti fouled this.... 7 hrs non stop.

Of course it takes you 3 days because you are normal, its probably quite enjoyable job, I however don't stop, not for a second, I don't eat, drink, it's totally relentless...but that's what I do.... I'm not normal...!
 
It was in hamble point for repairs last year, desty marine did the work, from memory it had a nasty accident with a pontoon in Torquay, maybe coming back for a polish. Neil

Very Impressive, if you just happen to be passing Kip marina next weekend, pop in for a "coffee" if you have 7 hours to spare...
 
As far as the STB goes, MrB already won the cigar - a Navalia 80 she is.
But for the records, there's a very sad page of the Italian boatbuilding industry behind that yard.
The founder, who among other things had been chief engineer in Keith Nelson and chief of Picchiotti (an historical IT top builder), shooted himself following some serious economic troubles. :(

Level 8 has, like me, been based in Torquay. She took the hammerhead in front of me today at Hamble Point and is there for a haul-out, routine maintenance and antifouling etc. She is a stunning looking boat. I believe she is being shipped to Palma shortly and will be available for charter.

Yes it was stuck on the Dart last summer. I watched it reverse over one of its mooring lines, too far away to shout out. Took best part of a week to cut it free, the river was full of flood water at the time.
 
She passed us yesterday coming up the Solent as we were on our way to Yarmouth.

She was travelling at a semi displacement speed and looked incredibly graceful. The design made her hard to judge for size.

Until I read this thread I thought that she looked like a Mulder.

James, doing Ixora would be a lot easier/closer for you :encouragement:
 
Interesting about being shipped to Palma, she is currently on the market with Sunseeker Torquay for £895,000. They also own another charter boat - Triple 7 also in Torquay.
