Nice day for cleaning

I found myself with a spare day today so off to the boat , the sight of her depressed me . Ive never seen her so dirty ( Not been down for quite a while ) Last time i was down i took the hood off and spent all day at home jet washing it and scrubbing it , it needs that doing again Still opening her up brought a smile to my face as inside was still nice The sun was out so it was time to get scrubbing . Off to the shops for some scouring pad thingies and the bakers on the corner in Sunbury has been taken over and they do nice food now so thats another bonus . I scrubbed every inch of Cuchilo and got her looking half nice again . Needs a few bits of paint touching up and the fenders are now in the bath after a good scrubbing . The windscreen could do with replacing but im going to give it a go with tcut and see if i can get it to last a bit longer .
All in all a good boaty day . Hopefully ill get another one this year

Another day off
Dodged the rain and managed to get a coat of anti slip paint on and had a go at the windscreen . I think a new one is in order . Will one of those screen cover thingies they have on posh boats stop the perspex clouding do you think ?

Dunno, I've got glass in the screen, and the cover is missing (and a new one seems painfully pricey for what it is)

Got to be worh trying though, even if you have a home made version.
