I can tell you it's a Piper One Design. You'll never capsize one of these. Have you seen the weight of the ballast?

It was actually designed in the late 60s as a Piper GTT and developed into the P2. Great driving car, hugs the road well! Have owned two of them.
They also had a racing car of which they built three I believe, one of which was owned by the jazz musican Chris Barber.
