I spotted this boat.

Just my sort of thing, but, I felt, massively over priced at £100k given the amount of work needed to finish it. Odd errors in the listing too, clearly not 43ft either...

I was somewhat surprised to see the boatshed listing finished and to see it claimed as sold, I wondered what it sold for.

I was even more surprised to see it some straight back on the market having gathered a further £20k...

The boatshed advert doesn't say 'sold', it says 'removed from sale'

It says sold at the top and removed from sale further down. I also noted that the name changed, from The Black Penny to Jess.

Who would know what is going on.
