Am I missing something ? Are ordinary staff going to get an increase of this nature
I must confess when the rest of UK Plc is having to endure reductions in salary or cut backs in hours and security of tenure and remembering that the new trust is a fairly safe job,any increase in pay must be regarded by the rest of us as a ******ing liberty.
What happened to all in this together .....they really do not get it ,do they ?

It will be interesting to see how they measure the performance, plus 3% pay increase annually is unheard of at the moment!
I worked in corporate for 20 years before my current occupation and in the current economic climate this is not right.

Very nice sounding titiles and nicer sounding salaries - but what exactly do they do ? How many hours actual work is put in ? And are they in any way experienced in dealing with their subject ?
