Has it got a yellow cap with power steering fluid written on it or a pic of a steering wheel?

If so you have to put power steering fluid in it. But not too much or it will overflow and make a mess. Alternatively you could leave it alone, but it will make a funny noise and ultimately go bang.

I'd personally put a bottle of that stuff called power steering fluid into the bottle with the yellow cap on it that says power steering fluid, or it may have a piccy of a steering wheel, or may be even be oily black. I'd be careful not to spil it tho, cos it will make the bottle and cap go an oily black colour. That's if its not already.

That may cure the noise, but it may not stop the leak. I'd look into that leak if I were you, that's if you want to stop putting power steering fluid into the bottle with the maybe yellow cap with a logo of a steering wheel or "power steering" printed on it. See?

That's what I'd do.
