Newbie Antares 30 fly owners gel coat?

Just purchased a Beneteau Antares 30 Fly 2010. Engine hours circa 500. Regarding the hull, considering the boat is kept in the Med, how long should the original gel coat be expected to last? Also, read up on osmosis, is this a common problem on a GRP hull of 10 years old? Not that it is showing any signs of blistering but just for info.

I think you're worrying unnecessarily - gel coat will last as long as you look after it. It doesn't wear out, just gets dull, damaged etc. It's just cosmetic.
Osmosis is unlikely to be a problem, even if you do get it, again it's mostly cosmetic, it's not going to affect the structure of the hull.
