At about 1:00am after watching the midnight fantastic fireworks display at the Four Season in Nevis (accompanied with lots of grog) we headed home.

We were on Spirit of St.Kitts' 78'0" with a 33'0" beam and

headed back on the 12 mile voyage to St.Kitts.

There were about 45 of us aboard, and using the regular cruising sails, we recorded a little over 30 knots. :D:D:D

That was without flying a hull and both hulls having a very small rooster tail.

A great trip thoroughly enjoyable. :) :) :)

Will try and remember to post some pics. ;)

Visited St Kitts recently on a work trip, (big grey motor boat), One of the places that I'd love to go back to.

You are a very lucky chap and I'm glad you are enjoying life there. The boat looks beautiful.

Can you sail between islands like that without checking in or out?

St.Kitts and Nevis are two islands that form the Federation of St.Kitts and Nevis
The Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis is also known as the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis.
St.Kitts/Saint Christopher/St.Christopher tend to be interchangeable.
It is the smallest sovereign state in the 'Americas'.

Nevis, the smaller island, is about 2 miles South East of Saint Christopher, across the channel called "The Narrows".

So it is like traveling from England to Scotland (at the moment) ie no passports etc.

If you enter by boat you can check in in St. Kitts or Nevis.

I really must check up on the immigration requirements and the 'cruising restrictions (if any) for foreign vessels.

Thanks. If I read that right there is no Boss island, both have equal power to rule, collect taxes. No no, that doesn't sound workable. I will google about a bit.
