There was no requirement for a new steering wheel. But I couldn't resist it, (did try to not buy for some weeks after spying it in the shop).

Note also the new compass and 'control panel'. The control panel is not connected to anything yet but my son likes to press the buttons

Quite probably. Just done the Marine radio SRC course and now planning to do this:

My foldaway T.V. folds away in to my laptop bag but does O.K. on a digi T.V. dongle. Of course I may have to rely on saved BBC iplayer programs when I'm at sea. With my battery powered LED lighting. There's a lot to be said for standardising on AA's plus big boat battery you know

I can run a full keyboard/disco and Bose PA system from inboard 250watt inverter for several hours from my domestic 12v supply - ask No Regrets
Not to mention dual alternator combination charging with Adverc battery management .......
