It seems incredible how these high value Government investments provided for public service, get through the test and performance program, signed off and paid for without proving a fit to serve status.

I understand "India Juliet" is on standby for night service in the south whilst these issues are resolved.

Reminds me of the dozen Chinook helicoptors purchased for night service by the Army, only to find comms equipment wasn't compatible for UK service...millions later and 7 years on they are still in a warehouse....
