New proposal for Light Fees

Right .. instead of having buoys in awkward spots to mark hazards why do'nt we just all chip in a few quid each, buy some semtex and blow them all up? Makes a lot of sense to me!

I don't mind paying light fees if they get the blasted things to light up!. Found one last year that wasn't lit. What bloody good is that except for putting a ding in the boat!!
Maybe if they had a few quid they could change the bulbs.
