New Pilot Cutter

We are having a new Bristol Pilot Cutter being built at the moment in, appropriately enough, Bristol. The aim is to launch it next spring and then run it commercially around the Solent, the south coast of England before heading south for the winter.

However, we need to find a permanent skipper with the right level of experience and enthusiasm. Any ideas where to go to seek someone who fits the bill?
