New morse control required - recommendations?

There's too much wear in the ancient morse control on Avy-J and it is impossible to adjust so the gear cable gives full movement all the way ahead and astern.

So it looks like bite the bullet time. Am thinking of the Teleflex because I have fitted one before, with 33C cables. Any comments?
