Indeed it would -assuming they were to offer it.
My view is that since MDL are already the biggest player in the area, another competitor would be beneficial to all. Sutton Harbour possibly?

That's old news - Sutton Harbour pulled out some time ago, well before the new proposal was published. Its up for grabs!

Why not, they haven't got a monopoly on the IoW.
Anyway that would mean I'd get free berthing over there, go MDL
