New Lockdown

Will people still be going to their yachts/boats during this lock-down period?
The government have said you can still do recreational activities outside...

yes. My boat is stocked up better than a doomsday preppers cabin in a zombie apocalypse.

I will be buying a camera tomorrow so that I can see what is going on board remotely.

Waiting to see whether the marina impose restricted access like before.

I was lucky with the first one, our marina stayed open but I thought it was awful that many closed up.

Swansea marina has been locked up since Friday the 23rd. We lost a lot of time in the first lockdown as well.

I for one hope to be able to go and check our boat, after the last lock down, we had a large electricity bill plus the two electric bike batterys refused to recharge , resulting in a bill best part of £1000, to make matters worse when I queried the electric bill the marine replied they had noticed my meter running at a rate ,but did not think to notify me , also informed me that although the marine had been officially closed ,people had still visited and stayed over on there boats,

This won’t help them at renewal time but at least it could help keep the prices at a realistic level.
