New: Herm web cams

In a recently revamped Herm Island web site, two new web cams are intended to show (i) the Harbour and mooring buoys outside, and (ii) the sea looking west towards Guernsey.

The links are on the home page, right-hand side under the top picture. I think they shut down after dark.
