Right... And as I clearly said I'm sure they have fed a lot of experience into these boats, and it looks like a good design for their purpose.

Doesn't change the fact that their last attempt, also with lots of experience, had some flaws that MAIB said contributed to some bad accidents and are being changed for this new boat. And that history tells us that as an organisation they aren't exactly immune to cutting corners and making mistakes.
