Kinell, this really isn't rocket science. Just test for power either side of the fuse and either side of the panel on/off switch, in that order. Simples.
Power is at the starter, so it either :
isn't getting to the fuse
isn't getting past the fuse
isn't getting from the fuse to the panel button
isn't getting through the switch
Two minutes will tell you where the fault lies.
