New engine and electric to lithium needed

Hi all, I have a stag 28 moored in Chichester marina, I am looking for a boat sparkle recommendation to revamp an old lead battery system to lithium. And also a recommendation for mechanic who can remove my old MD7A engine and fit a new beta 20 engine.
Looking to have both jobs done by Mar 25, as we plan to set off to the med in April via French canals.
