Had a crew member tell me today that he was starting to feel seasick. About 5 seconds later a big gust hit us (broad reaching under spinny) and we went through a series of massive broaches. Seasickness cured.

If anyone from that Sunsail boat just to windward of us is a forumite, can u please tell me if we have barnacles on the underside of our keel.

Cheers

Wayne

best cure for seasickness is a tree - sit under it.

I'm not so sure that the "brown trousers" are much of an improvement on the seasickness.

Maybe you could paint the mast green and turf the cockpit. I met an elderly couple in Ryde a few years ago. In the cockpit they had a 2' square of turf in a plastic box in which Mum placed her feet if she ever felt queasy!.

G'day Wayne,

I have always found the best cure for sea sickness is to advise the person or persons that you have a cure on board, however it's a depositary, strangely enough they seem to come good again...............

Avagoodweekend.
