Many different qualities.
I see a few of this kind keeping up very well in our marina, despite nasty weather of all sorts.

They offer extra very robust ground fixings. In my case I can screw it down to the concrete if I have to, but at the moment it has a 20lt can of water hanging in each corner, plus tied down to buildngs.
