New boat owner in France, insurance

Hi we have just bought our first boat and wonder if anyone has a recommendation for insurance, we live in France and the boat will be french registered ( it’s Belgium registered at the moment). Also h

Topsail are popular ( but no one likes the premiums any more). They have set up an eu subsidiary ( Y did and they bought Y) so they may well be able to insure a boat in France ( no issue ) owned by a French resident ( the issue which I assume the eu reg will solve )

We use Generali...have for a number of years...no real problems...I think it’s safe to recommend them
