well, I'm back from hospital and all Ok - found a handy new bit of kit in there but they hadn't got a spare one - anyone got a laparoscope, be very handy for looking in the bilge and the fuel tanks!

hey rich, i'm glad everything's ok... laparoscope?... i'm not going there!! i had one many years ago, came in handy.... erm... twice. sold it to a mate who's gone to live in Oz ( no relevance there) he had some stange ideas of what he was gonna use it for.. never could look his wife straight in the eye!

but for engineering, it was a great tool, but of limited use, me thinks.
ok for some of the jobs you wish you had a laparoscope for but not much else.

if i had one now?... i'd almost certainly tell the one about "looking up old friends" but i ain't so.... (the soreness subsides in about a week or two)... good luck. and best wishes... steve.

Those tiny cameras are so cheap these days you could probably make one for less than a hundred quid and some duct tape.
