Remove from the water and mark off waterline say an inch above waterline Presssure wash off marine growth Abrade with wet and dry or a sanding disc Wash off dust Degrease with acetone or similar. When dry use a tie coat of gel shield or similar. Then antifoul with antifouling of choice.
