Need rigging specialist - 46\' mono (Malta)

I'm currently trying to fix up a "missused" Moody 46 and have noticed a gap between anchor plate and hull (about 1.5cm). I recon this could be from over-tensioning the backstays in an attempt to "straighted" the sagging head-stays. For this and some roller/profurl "tuning" I'm willing to invest in an "expert" - could anyone recommend anyone? (Location Malta) - many thanks!

Destiny,two -possibles?- for you (1) Mr Carmel Vella,Yacht Services Ltd,165,Ta'Xbiex Seafront,Gzira. He's a racing man,found me a winter berth when it was impossible to find one and has lots of contacts. (2) GT steel Fabrications tel: 99807695 not necessarily "yachty" but very helpful,made me some fittings to my drawings and an ace welder. info dated winter 2003.

Many thanks. Charley Vella actually tried at the beginning of the season (not a very scientific approach) - at first, rolling in etc seemed better, but at sea nothing changed. Not had any time whatsoever to do much since then, but am determined to sort things out for this year! I would even fly someone in for a day - as long as they're very good and willing to explain exactly what they're doing...

Check with Christian at S&D Yachting Malta. he`s just found me a great rigger in Malta. Also good for ANY other info you might need about anything boaty.
