Hi Russ, Excel (as recommended by several others) are a UK manufacturer, you might want to give them a call. Terry Wright (the MD and owner) was very helpful when I spoke to him yesterday.

I've just had my quote through from Terry for a 3.1m alu rib with Hypalon tubes, 20hp Suzuki with power trim and lift, tank, console, seating, cushions, bow locker, steering, lighting, folding transom. Etc. All fitting and commissioning, 5 year warranty. About 8½K.

After chatting to them today they say Excel are manufactured in South Korea but designed in the UK. Better than coming from China I guess.
So no inflatables are manufactured over here?

Yes good price and 5 year warranty on material and construction, unlike others where its just the material.

Any recommendations for an inflatable dinghy air pump able to inflate and deflate. 12v and with a cigarette plug? Boat already uprated for extra current draw. Thanks , Alan

The high speed inflators won't work off a 12V cig lighter socket, you need a huigh current supply.
Something a bit like this:
I've got a Rule pump. Blows up a 2.9m dinghy in a couple of minutes.

Thanks Scala. What pump exactly? I know the circuit breakers and cable have been upgraded on my boat but I must confess I haven’t checked to see the connection which used to be the ciggie lighter. Does your pump deflate as well?

Yes it deflates, just connect the dinghy tube to the 'inlet' side of the pump.
