Followed this out of Romney lock yesterday and watched in horror as a man on board did a Michael Jackson stunt with what I assume go be his little daughter by hanging her over the side of the back deck and dangling her in the water. This only after he walked her from front to back along the narrow roof.
You certainly see them on a hot day on the river, trouble is, they get away with it.
