navtex radio ident ?

I have just bought a boat with NAVTEX and whilst I have the instruction book I don't have the list of station identities (apparantly available at £32 from HMSO as 'The admiralty list of radio signals volume 3) I think I only need the station/s local to my sailing area,The west country,Covering from Plymouth round lands End, The Bristol Channel and up to say North Wales perhaps Southern Ireland.It seems I have to programme in the ID letter so I don't get info from every station within about 300 miles.Can anyone help? Ta Paul

...or just let it receive everything then identify the ID's of stations you don't want to receive from the message headers.

UKHO publication NP289 is very relevant and useful for lots of things, including good photo's of of harbours/marinas. Well worth having onboard IMHO.
