Did a really stupid thing at the weekend, Yep, you guessed, I pressure washed the hull of my Shipmate Senior and the water jet caught the paddle wheel of the tansducer and shattered it.
I have the 2 broken pieces and it appears to be made of a resin type material. Has 6 paddles attached with magnets in each paddle, 2 of the magnets appear to be reversed to the other 4?
Question is, can I mould another one of these in resin and then attach small magnets into each paddle?
Or does anyone know of a supplier for Navman (now Northstar) spare parts? Have emaile Navman direct but no answer as yet. They no longer appear to have an agent in the UK.
Would anyone here have a faulty transducer or a spare paddlewheel they can sell me? Can email pic of broken wheel to identify if you can help out.
Thanks,
Mike
