Hi all - my navman 5607 plotter has suddenly stopped reading the installed c map cartridge. The plotter is ok otherwise, getting sat signals, displaying lat long, speed etc and boat position, but the chart shown is the plotter preloaded undetailed chart. What's missing is the detailed chart info.
I have cleaned the cartridge contacts, all seemed clean, dry and corrosion free anyway. I also took it apart yesterday to check internally, all dry and corrosion free.
Any suggestions? Can a cmap cartridge suddenly just fail?
