Navionics v Navionics HD.

I have Asus transformer 10.1 tablet and would like to run Navionics UK & Holland,Navionics say for tablet use you must use HD version
which is twice the price of phone version,will the phone version run on tablet? Has anyone done it? Thanks.

By way of confirmation, I've got the standard Navionics running on a Hudl2 as well as a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone.

I bought the original version for my Asus 10" tablet and it was fine for about 3 weeks when Navionics brought out the HD version. Shortly afterwards I had to reset my tablet and found I couldn't download Navionics again, even though I'd paid for it just a few weeks before. They insisted I needed to buy the HD version which I wasn't about to do as I'd barely used the one I'd paid for! After a year of arguing which mainly consisted of them completely ignoring my e-mails suddenly the standard version was available for download again.
It still works fine but I will never buy anything from Navionics again. Just a bunch of crooks in my opinion.

I bought the SD version 4yrs ago and used it on my Samsung phone. I've now installed it on a Hudl 2 with no problem. Great value IMO at £12.
