Whilst I’m waiting for help@Navionics to reply, wonder if anyone else has come across, & conquered, my Navionics issue?

I have a running Navionics subscription for two chart areas. They run on an iPad and an iPhone. This morning I wiped and traded in the phone. Have spent the afternoon logging back into all the apps, on a new iPhone. But neither a straightforward log in, nor a “forgotten password” login work on the Navionics App. I just get a white screen with an endlessly spinning timer wheel…..

The system recognises my e mail address ( or it wouldn’t have sent me a password reset link). And the password is ‘right,’ because I checked it, and then reset it anyway.

I did not think to log out of the app, on the previous (now wiped) phone, which is no longer in my possession. And I think I read, on here, that Garmin now limit the app to 2 devices. So I am suspecting that the system may be blocking me. Any idea where I go to see what devices I am logged in from? Or how to manage them - to delete the old phone? To bring my device count back to two.

Also: has anyone tried to add a third device, since the Garmin switch? Did they get a message, that they were ‘over the limit?’ Or did they get a hanging login, like the one I’ve experienced?

Patience, it turns out, was what was required. An hour and a half later, the ‘spooling’ is over and I am in. Routes (68) and markers (968) transferred. Now reinstating the charts beneath them….Whilst remembering passages past; and looking forward to those to come…..

I have had something similar to your experience, having traded my old iPad for a 6th generation Pro - when I did the set-up on the new device, the app itself and my settings transferred over fine, but the charts I had downloaded and paid for (for the Australia/NZ area) didn't. And now, having reloaded the app, in case that was the problem I find that I cannot sign into my account at all as the app just says that "Connection has failed" and "Try again later". Which it has been doing for two days now. So does anyone in the cloudosphere know how to contact Garmin/Navionics and get some advice? The subscription - which I have had for several years - rolls over shortly and I can't even get in to cancel it.
